Policies of Door Hardware 4 Less
1. Return Policies
Returned goods will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by Door Hardware 4 Less within 30 days of receiving order. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all stock items. Special order items will be charged A 45% restocking fee. All custom orders are nonreturnable. All returns must be shipped to us by customer. Items must be returned in original boxes or return will be refused. Door Hardware 4 Less will pay for shipping on defective and miss-shipped items only.
2. Claims & Shortages
All claims for shortages, defective merchandise, etc., must be made in writing within 10 days of receiving order.
3. Changes & Cancellations
An order once placed and accepted by Door Hardware 4 Less may not be changed or cancelled without the consent of Door Hardware 4 Less. Orders cancelled or changed after 24 hours of placing the order are subject to A 25% restocking fee.
